March Music Writing Challenge Day 23: Macseal

Macseal has quickly become one of my top ten favorite bands; their silken and fun vocals paired with the earworm instrumentation always grips me. “Permanent Repeat” was released in July of 2024 and was the taste of their art I ever heard. I immediately felt attracted to their overall vibe and fun-loving energy.

Some of my favorite songs on this album are: Golden Harbor, Four Legs, Easily Undone, Permanent Repeat, and Beach Vacation. All of these are songs I could have on repeat (no pun intended) for the rest of time and enjoy every second of it. I eagerly await a tour announcement for anywhere in Florida, as I was unfortunately sick for their last appearance here.

They have what it takes to be a MASSIVELY successful band and are well on their way with the killer releases and who they currently tour with. I hope to see them sometime in 2025 or 2026 in Orlando. Check out their latest release, “Permanent Repeat” on Bandcamp, Apple Music, Spotify, and YouTube!
